Our surface treatment options include powder coating, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, polishing, wet paint, anodic oxidation, electrophoretic paint, and passivation.
We offer the flexibility of providing samples before mass production, with the ability to use golden samples as quality standards for future orders. Our minimum order quantity is around 100 pieces, ideal for market testing purposes. With a delivery time of approximately 20-25 days per order, we ensure timely fulfillment.
Payment terms are negotiable, typically requiring a 50% down payment and the remaining 50% before shipment. We offer both OEM and ODM services, ensuring customization options for our clients. Quality control is paramount to us, as we are ISO 9001 certified and employ 5S quality control tools with a dedicated QA team.
In case of any quality issues, we provide problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and redoing of parts as necessary. Client intellectual property is securely protected, with the option for clients to sign NDAs for added assurance.
